Tokens offered by Stockenn are a legal representation of shares in the entities that own the underlying properties. Every offering is backed by a real-world asset - an already built and operating commercial property - not by the issuer's promises alone. Mandatory KYC/AML

Every investor completes identity verification before purchasing tokens: document checks, sanctions screening and anti-money-laundering controls. Token transfers are restricted to verified investors - a core investor-protection mechanism that distinguishes regulated tokenization from the unregulated crypto market.

Technology security

  • Public blockchain (Polygon) - ownership records are distributed, cryptographically secured and independently verifiable at any time.
  • Enforceable smart contracts - token supply, transfer restrictions and distributions are executed by publicly visible code.
  • Self-custody - investors hold tokens in their own non-custodial wallets (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect), or use standard email/social signup with account abstraction handling the blockchain layer.
